- RS Trading CO. LTD. runs the website www.rstradingltd.com in acquiescence to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. By browsing the site, you certify to agree to these terms and conditions.
- Copyrights to whole content on the site refer to RS Trading LTD. Reuse of content on the site is forbidden.
- RS Trading exercises due care in posting information on the site. RS Trading claims no warranty of entirety, precision, correctness, security, and up-to-dateness therefore RS Trading will not be responsible for loss dependent on information on the site.
- All vehicles are available on a first come first serve basis. If more than one customer is interested in the same vehicle, the vehicle will be sold to the one who pays first. If a payment reaches us late and the vehicle is sold to another customer, we will provide you with a similar vehicle with the same specifications. it must be noted that a deposit in advance will be required to availing this type of purchase.
- RS Trading doesn’t claim any warranty to the vehicles as we deal in used vehicles but we assure our customer that we will inspect your vehicle fully and provide you with all the specifications and information about it.
- RS Trading doesn’t claim any warranty for the damage to the vehicle while shipping. In no event shall the company, its officers, employees, directors, or agents, be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
- If damage to the vehicle occurs during shipping or after shipping i.e. dislodging the vehicle, the company shall not hold the responsibility for it.
- The Company shall not process or deal with persons who are less than 18 years of age. Persons who are interested in dealing but younger than 18 must proceed via parents/guardians.
- General tolerance has to be practiced about the condition of the vehicles as our company deals with used cars mainly.
- If the vehicle includes an accessory that is not mentioned on site then our company will not be responsible for the performance of that particular accessory.
- If there is a dispute among buyers on the same vehicle, our company follows the policy to solve the dispute verbally in a sophisticated manner. If not, the dispute is taken to the court and will be resolved according to the law.
- A fixed percentage of discount is to be given to the customers with handsome purchases. The percentage may vary according to the company’s criteria.
- All payments must occur via a bank designated by the company. The client must pay 50% of the whole amount to register the car and the remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the BL copy. The clients must pay the amount fully in order to complete the procedure.
- Based on customer dissatisfaction, we generally do not refund payments, but if there is a genuine reason for a refund then the company will deduct 10%.
- Once the payment is received the following documentation, necessary to clear the vehicle at the destination port, will be sent to you via mail or courier after the vessel has been shipped i.e. Bill of loading, Invoice, Export certification, Other required documents in your local custom.
- If a currency other than the dollar is used then the client must have to bear all the expenses.
- The company has all rights over changing the policy anytime regarding any specific event and clients have to respect the further announced policy in order to deal in the future.
